Hari Om! 🙏 Welcome to Mayatna. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Mayatna website, mobile applications, and all related streaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing our Digital Sanctuary, you agree to abide by these divine rules of engagement.
1 Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, registering as a Devotee, or simply browsing our content, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.
2 Premium Devotee Subscriptions
Mayatna offers both a "Free Devotee" tier and a paid "Premium Devotee" subscription.
- Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.
- Changes to Pricing: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.
3 Intellectual Property Rights
The spiritual knowledge is universal, but the specific digital formats, UI designs, original series, audio masterclasses, and Mayatna Originals are the exclusive intellectual property of Mayatna.
Personal Use Only
Offline downloads are strictly for personal, non-commercial viewing. You may not distribute or broadcast our content.
Anti-Piracy
Screen recording, ripping, or attempting to bypass our enterprise DRM/CDN security is strictly prohibited.
4 User Conduct & Spiritual Sanctuary Rules
Mayatna is designed as a peaceful, divine digital space. When interacting with community features or AI bots, you agree not to:
- Upload or transmit any content that is offensive, disrespectful to any religion, or harmful.
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Platform's services or servers.
- Share your Premium account credentials with multiple users outside your household.
5 Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
